PROCESSING ORDERS
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, depending on the availability of the product and the volume of orders. However, processing times may be extended depending on the volume of orders received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, the transit time for delivery is typically between 3-5 business days, depending on your shipping address and the chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather conditions, or other unexpected factors.
After delivery confirmation is available, Barely There Beauty Pro is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete address and contact information.
FRAUDULENT OR SUSPICIOUS ORDERS
If we suspect that an order may be fraudulent or contains unauthorized or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to refuse processing the order. In such cases, we will either cancel the order or contact the customer via email to confirm the details before proceeding.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit and you did not purchase Route Protect, please contact us immediately at barelytherebeautypro@gmail.com. We will assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping company. Please note that the resolution process may take several weeks, and we cannot issue a refund or reshipment until a resolution is obtained. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Additionally, if your tracking number has not been updated after several days, please reach out to us, and we will promptly investigate the issue.
ROUTE PROTECTION
WHAT IS ROUTE PROTECTION?
We have now partnered with Route to offer package protection against lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit.
Route Package Protection is a shipping insurance solution that ensures the safe delivery of your parcels and provides support and peace of mind in the event of an unfortunate shipping incident.
Route operates as a self-service portal, providing an easy and quick resolution process. However, our customer service team is always available to assist you if needed.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
At checkout, Route Protection is automatically activated. However, you have the option to opt out by unchecking the box.
When you opt-out of Route's Package Protection, Barely There Beauty Pro is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your Route Protected order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim. The support team at Route will review your claim and provide an instant resolution.
If your claim is approved, Route will process either a refund or a replacement:

Refunds: Route covers the entire amount, including shipping and taxes. Please note that the route premium cost will not be refunded.

Reorders: Route will trigger a replacement order depending on product availability, and will cover the cost of any reorders, including shipping, taxes, and Route's shipping protection.
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
If your parcel never arrives, is misdelivered, or stolen, you can file a claim within 5-30 days from the date the parcel was marked as delivered.
LOST ORDERS
Orders are considered "lost" if there has been no tracking status update for 7 days (20 days for international orders). Claims for lost orders must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update.
After 48 hours have passed from the estimated delivery date (EDD) provided by the carrier without any delivery or update, Route will consider the order lost. Please file a claim within 2-30 days of the EDD.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives in a damaged condition, you can file a claim within 30 days from the date the package was marked as delivered. Please ensure to submit photos of the damaged items and packaging.
